Credit card numbers are collected directly by the payment services (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal), and we do not receive them.

- Operation of the online store and payment processing: Shopify (Canada; its servers are located outside Japan), PayPal (United States)
- Product delivery: Japan Post
- Shipments to the United States: a business that handles the prepayment of customs duties and advance customs declaration procedures (United States)
- Sending and receiving email: Google (Gmail, United States)
When we entrust personal information to a business outside Japan, we will, upon your request, provide you with information about the personal information protection system of that country and the measures taken by the business we entrust.
5. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without the customer’s consent, except where permitted by law, such as where required by laws and regulations.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, through Shopify’s systems and the systems of the sales channels we use (such as Facebook and Instagram), to compile statistics on how the site is accessed. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as the cart, may then become unavailable.

- Only our operators can handle personal information
- Our admin screen and email are protected with a password and 2-step verification
- Personal information printed on paper, such as shipping slips, is shredded into small pieces and discarded once it is no longer needed
- We select the businesses we entrust with personal information after confirming their security measures
8. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.
If you wish to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of your own personal information, or the suspension of its provision to third parties, please contact us at niboshism@gmail.com. After confirming that the request comes from you, we will respond without delay. We do not charge a fee.
