Shipping policy

Within Japan

Shipping is a flat ¥350 nationwide (including Okinawa and remote islands). Orders of ¥10,000 or more ship free (the shop pays the shipping). Whether you qualify for free shipping is determined by the amount after discounts such as coupons have been deducted.

We ship with Japan Post, mainly by Click Post, with a tracking number and delivered to your mailbox. Depending on the number of items in your order, it may be sent in multiple shipments. Caps are sent by Japan Post non-standard-size mail (no tracking number).

When We Ship

We ship within 5 business days of your order (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays). We will notify you by email when your order has shipped (for delivery methods with a tracking number, we will also send you the tracking number). Delivery times vary by region.

International

You can choose from 2 delivery methods.

  • Standard (Japan Post International Air Packet): with a tracking number, delivered to your mailbox, no compensation provided. Delivery takes about 1–3 weeks (about 2–4 weeks to the United States)
  • Express (EMS): with a tracking number, compensation of up to ¥20,000, delivered by hand. Delivery takes about 1 week

Shipping fees (order total under ¥20,000 / ¥20,000 or more):

  • Taiwan and South Korea: Standard ¥2,500 / ¥4,000, Express ¥3,000 / ¥4,500
  • Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia: Standard ¥2,500 / ¥4,000, Express ¥4,000 / ¥5,500
  • Europe, Oceania and others (EU member countries, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Israel): Standard ¥3,000 / ¥5,000, Express ¥5,500 / ¥8,000
  • United States (duties included): order total up to ¥6,999: Standard ¥4,500, Express ¥9,500; ¥7,000–¥12,999: Standard ¥6,000, Express ¥10,500; ¥13,000–¥19,999: Standard ¥8,000, Express ¥14,500; ¥20,000 or more: Standard ¥11,000, Express ¥17,000. The shop prepays US customs duties and customs clearance fees, so there is nothing to pay when you receive your order
  • United Kingdom: We deliver only orders of ¥32,000 or more (due to UK tax rules). Shipping is Standard ¥5,000, Express ¥8,000. Import VAT, duties and fees will be charged when you receive your order

Customs duties, import consumption tax and similar charges are the responsibility of the customer when receiving the order (except for the United States). For delivery to countries and regions other than those above, or for large orders exceeding 2 kg, please contact us.
