Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons. Please check sizes in the size chart on each product page.

If you receive a defective item or we delivered the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after the item arrives. It would help us if you could include your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We will handle it by exchange or refund, and the shop pays the return shipping. If we do not have stock to exchange, we will issue a refund.
